A bomb threat led to the evacuation of passengers from a plane at Brussels Airport, resulting in the flight being delayed. The flight, bound for Berlin from Zaventem, was scheduled to depart at approximately 9:30 am when federal police alerted the airport of a possible threat on board. Brussels Airlines spokesperson Nico Cardone confirmed that the aircraft was heading to Berlin and was safely moved to a designated area on the tarmac for the evacuation of all passengers and crew. An investigation is underway, and authorities are conducting a thorough search of the aircraft.

Cardone reassured that everyone is safe, and support teams are providing assistance to the passengers. The airline is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation. Brussels Airport spokesperson Ihsane Chioua Lekhli stated that normal airport operations are unaffected by the incident, with all services running smoothly.
