Actor Josh Hartnett was hospitalized following a collision between the SUV he was traveling in and a police vehicle in Newfoundland. The incident occurred around 1 am on Thursday, September 25th, at the intersection of New Cove Road and Elizabeth Avenue in St John’s. Hartnett, aged 47, was a passenger during the accident, as reported by CBC News.
Authorities confirmed that the SUV, driven by a 59-year-old man whose identity remains undisclosed, was hit by a Royal Newfoundland Constabulary patrol car. A police officer was also taken to the hospital as a precaution. Hartnett, the driver, and the officer were all checked for minor injuries, with both vehicles sustaining significant damage. Investigators are seeking witnesses and requesting any available video footage related to the incident.
