Ronan, aged 16, was tragically killed with a 20-inch ninja sword in Wolverhampton in June 2022 by two teenagers who mistook him for someone else. His sister, Nikita, emphasized the importance of connecting with other bereaved families through the Knife Crime Coalition, highlighting the shared struggles and understanding amongst those facing similar losses.
The launch of the National Knife Crime Centre was hailed as a collective victory by Ronan’s family, with his mother, Pooja, underscoring the devastating impact of knife crime and the urgent need for comprehensive action to prevent such tragedies.
