“Score a Free LG Smart TV with Virgin Media’s World Cup Deal”

Date:

Virgin Media is currently offering a special promotion ahead of the FIFA World Cup final day, giving customers the opportunity to receive a complimentary LG Smart TV worth £250. To qualify for this deal, customers need to sign up for one of four Virgin TV and broadband packages, each of which includes a wide selection of channels, free Netflix, and the option to add Sky Sports and Cinema coverage. The available packages are Virgin’s Cinema, Sports, Cinema + Sports, or Max Volt bundles.

Upon availing themselves of the offer, customers can choose between receiving a 43” LG Ultra HD smart TV valued at £249.99 or a £125 bill credit, which essentially translates to several weeks of free service. It is important to note that customers must claim this promotion by 11.59 pm on Wednesday, May 27.

Virgin’s eligible TV packages offer over 200 channels and a complimentary Netflix subscription. The Cinema bundle, priced at £44.99, also grants full access to Sky Cinema and 362Mbps fibre broadband. For fans of football, Formula 1, and rugby, the Sport bundle at £54.99 replaces Sky Cinema with complete Sky Sports coverage.

Customers have the option to combine both packages by choosing the Sport + Cinema bundle at £64.99, which also increases the broadband speed to 512Mbps. The comprehensive Max Volt bundle at £76.99 provides over 230 TV channels, including both Sky Cinema and Sky Sports, along with Netflix, 1,130Mbps broadband, and an unlimited O2 SIM.

Virgin Media is offering a free 43″ LG smart TV or £125 bill credit to customers switching to one of its Cinema, Sports, Cinema + Sports, or Max Volt TV bundles by July 1. Additionally, Virgin has introduced the One Touch Switch scheme, where new customers are spared the hassle of contacting their current provider as Virgin handles the transition on their behalf.

It is worth noting that Virgin’s monthly prices experience a £4 increase each April, a factor customers should consider when committing to the 24-month contracts. Sky is also running a competitive promotion ahead of the World Cup, reducing the costs of its Glass smart TVs to as low as £4.50 per month for the slim Sky Glass Air model and starting at £11 for the powerful Sky Glass Gen 2.

Moreover, Amazon has launched its revamped Fire TV lineup, featuring the new Ember Artline model at a discounted price, designed to compete with Samsung’s The Frame TV.

Customers who have signed up for Virgin Media’s TV and broadband packages have expressed satisfaction through numerous positive reviews. They have praised Virgin for its fast broadband speeds and value-for-money offerings. Customers have highlighted the seamless installation process, the user-friendly controls, and the variety of channels available, making the switch to Virgin Media a positive experience.
