They signed up for the Masters of Musical Whistling mailing list as a fun activity. Despite initially treating it lightly, they were surprised to learn that the contest was in-person in Los Angeles.
After making the cut, they received coaching from the competition’s organizer, Carole Anne Kaufman, who highlighted the need for serious practice.
