Actor Dylan Walsh from the popular series “Heated Rivalry” caused a stir by hinting at the potential filming of twelve new episodes, sparking speculation among fans about multiple upcoming seasons.
The 62-year-old American actor shared his insights in a Cameo video, a platform where celebrities create personalized videos for a fee. The video was later reposted by TikTok user Savannah Leigh, who received it as a birthday gift.
In the video, Walsh, who portrays Shane Hollander’s father on the show, expressed his passion for his role in “Heated Rivalry” and hinted at shooting additional episodes in Canada. He mentioned, “I love doing Heated Rivalry. I didn’t really do much in it, but I’m proud to be in it, and I wish every dad was as cool as Shane’s dad. [The] world would be a better place. Anyway, [I’m] getting ready to go back up to Canada and shoot some more episodes. So, I think we’re doing 12 this time.”
However, Walsh later issued an apology for his remarks and temporarily suspended his Cameo account, acknowledging that he spoke off the cuff and should not have speculated about the production details without official confirmation.
The show’s representative has not responded to inquiries regarding Walsh’s statements. Apart from “Heated Rivalry,” Walsh has appeared in various TV series and films.
