Clavicular, known as Braden Peters off-screen, faces serious allegations including rape, drugging for sexual purposes, and providing alcohol to a minor, as per online court documents accessed by CBC News. These charges against the 20-year-old were formally lodged on September 8 in a Cape Cod, Massachusetts court, relating to incidents dated May 23, 2025.
An arraignment is scheduled for October 14, with Peters currently not in custody, and the identity of the alleged victim undisclosed in the legal filings. If found guilty, Peters could potentially receive a 20-year prison sentence for the rape charge.
In response to reports by The Bulwark, Peters’s representative criticized the alleged exaggeration of the case’s status to attract traffic, denying any physical service to Peters. Following the news, Peters publicly named the plaintiff as Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, a fellow influencer.
The allegations appear to be linked to a previous civil complaint where Peters was accused of battery, fraud, and sexual misconduct involving events from 2025. Mendoza claimed in legal filings that Peters injected her face with Aqualyx without consent when she was a minor and engaged in non-consensual sexual activity while she was intoxicated.
Peters, popular for his “looksmaxxing” content online, is part of a community promoting methods to enhance attractiveness, such as steroid use and facial bone modifications. With a substantial following on TikTok, exceeding a million, Peters has attracted attention for the extreme nature of his content.
This is not the first legal issue for the influencer, as he previously faced charges for unlawfully discharging a firearm and was hospitalized earlier this year due to a suspected overdose during a live stream.
